The location could not be more convenient, just around the corner from the main station and ski hire facilities, with a cozy ambiance featuring large comfy sofas and wood carvings all over. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a variety of courses served every night. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor room size limitations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable with fantastic food and excellent service from the very friendly staff. I couldn't fault it, but I wish it was a bit larger. Make sure to request a room with a view of the Matterhorn and an upper floor for a worry-free open window experience. Definitely recommend this place!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had, especially with the extra touches like boot hat and glove dryers in individual lockers. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk to everything in town.
